The property was very clean and quiet.

Nothing.

Peaceful and clean.

Think about offering/serving breakfast for the guest. Some guest are coming from very far and having to literally go out should you need something to eat could be quiet challenging sometimes, even if there's a place that sells food not far from the place.

Fantastic location and secure facilities. Spacious room and bathroom with everything needed.

The service and assistance provided by the friendly staff was exceptional and we were very grateful for that. The location is convenient and the property is spacious, neat and clean. We especially loved the very nice and comfy twin beds and the decor of our room. The accommodation is also excellent value for money.

1. The mini fridge in the room was not working. When another fridge was brought to our room, we discovered that the issue was that the electricity for the fridge was not switched on and that the fridge's plug was not plugged in. 2. There was no safe in the room as advertised. 3. There was no hot water when we wanted to shower in the morning at around 10am. This made my health problems worse and caused muscle spasms and pain for my body, esp in my neck and shoulders and back, because I had to take a cold shower. The reason given was that all the hot water is used up by a certain time, which I find unacceptable, as guests cannot be forced to shower at certain times only. At least there was hot water the second morning, but I'm not sure whether this was because we showered a lot earlier in the morning than we did the previous day. 4. Upon packing and getting ready to check out, I discovered a big and a small cockroach in the bathroom which we got rid off. If I had seen that upon checking in, I would've checked out immediately and booked another accommodation. To be fair, we did not mention this to the host of the property, because we were drained and exhausted (from attending a funeral) and we forgot to mention it.
