Noisy nearby rooms. No improvement even after informing reception. Curtains vrry light coloured and not blocking sunlight. Lack of ventilation. No amenities in room. Average reception. No kitchen in this price range property.

The valley view.and the size of the room.Right next to entrance of cookers walk and bryant park entrances

The manager.Complete misfit in hospitality industry.No greeting of guests.Wanted us to pay in cash instead online.Had the cheek to suggest we withdraw cash from ATM.There is no eating facility close bye.No tea coffee arrangement in the room.Very reluctantly he shared the wifi password after saying it was down due weather.Hot water not available 24 hrs as circuit breaker pulled out from board outside room.The manager seriously needs to attend crm course ti learn to interact with guests.Even filtered water was not kept in the room.Had to requested daily.Housekeeping starts late ( 1100 am) and if the guest is out for sightseeing then no service .
