Really helpful host. He helped us book the bus tickets to our next destination. The room was simple but everything you need for two day stay. Really good location right next to the temple

Simple but clean and well kept! Great location in the village super close to everything that needs to be visited in Hampi. What really made my stay was the owner who was super friendly and helped me plan out my entire program in the area and arranged for a driver to take me everywhere. He even kept my luggage and let me take a shower after check out so I could enjoy my last day in Hampi and be fresh for my journey onward. Super nice!

Nice and popular accommodation run by Jambu who was very kind! Plentiful hot water, mosquito net and plug in provided. Nestled within the granite stones of Hampi. Luggage storage provided and Jambu was able to do laundry for us - thanks! Washing line in the room was a nice touch

There’s lots of dogs in the village so bring your ear plugs because they’re excitable at night!

Location close to the sites. Owner helped us arrange a tuk tuk tour, which was really nice. He gave us an free room upgrade as the room was not booked.

First of all I have to mention that the cleanliness was really great! The room was cozy and the shower worked properly. We could even enjoy hot shower. The owner was super kind, always asking if we need anything and if everythings works properly. He even asked at the end of the stay if we need a rickshaw and he gave us reasonable price - 250 rupies. The other rickshaw drivers asked for 500 rupies to get to Hospete. We really enjoyed the stay! ☺️

The level of accommodation in Hampi is rather basic, considering that Kalyan Guesthouse is one of the best options you have. Very clean rooms, hot water, AC and comfortable beds. The host is lovely and helped us arranging a driver to the next airport for a fair price. We can recommend the place!

They have a nice rooftop terrace that could be used in a better way. Currently it‘s empty, but a nice seating area with comfy cushions would upgrade the whole guesthouse. Furthermore you are sleeping in the middle of the village and you are surrounded by animals. You will hear the coq early in the morning, but that‘s part of the basic life!
