Beaucoup, beaucoup trop de bruit dans la rue à partir de 6h30 du matin, et pas de double vitrage

Ottima soluzione per chi deve soggiornare qualche giorno a Bologna e necessita di un punto di riferimento per dormire/cambiarsi in tutta tranquillità. La struttura non offre servizio colazione ma è chiaramente specificato nelle condizioni della prenotazione, tuttavia sono presenti due bagni in comune con phon, asciugamani a disposizione e prodotti essenziali per la doccia. Posizione perfetta (a qualche minuto dalla stazione dei treni e dei bus), in una strada fornita di farmacia (importantissimo in viaggio!!!!), bar, caffetterie e servizi essenziali. Le stanze sono in stile anni 60, ma è un buon motivo per fare un tuffo nel passato (non hanno TV, ed è meglio così!!!!!!!!!!!!), silenziose, illuminate e soprattutto estremamente pulite. Signor Silvano è un padrone di casa premuroso ma rispettoso della privacy e degli spazi, ed è molto disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Abbiamo fortemente apprezzato l'averci fornito acqua fresca per tutto il soggiorno, in giornate estive è essenziale. Effettua le pulizie con frequenza e solerzia, un aspetto molto gradito soprattutto quando vi è il bagno in comune. Torneremo sicuramente!

It's an apartment, one of five on the first floor managed by Silvano. He is onsite most of the time adding to the security of the place and he's a really nice guy. It's a very short walk from the Bologna Central Station and is between two great coffee shops. The bus stop with a frequent service is just metres away. The rooms and shared bathrooms are spotlessly clean. So there is no TV, no aircon (there is a multi speed fan in each room) and no kitchen but there is a small fridge. It's also very quiet which I liked. Responses to messages were very prompt and the best way to communicate because Silvano doesn't speak English and my Italian is as bad.

I got what I needed and paid for. I was happy with that.
