La posizione dell'hotel fronte lago bellissima, la stanza pulita, la colazione molto varia e a abbondante,la ragazza che serviva le colazioni cordiale e gentilissima.

Nella camera mancava una sedia. Per poter appoggiare qualcosa e per sedersi.

Chambre agréable et confortable Petit dej copieux Vu sur le lac dans la salle de restauration et dans certaines chambres de l établissement

Pas de réponse au téléphone et email pour répondre à notre demande de Check in anticipé.. ( nous étions en moto et nous avions pris une forte pluie) Pas de restauration malgré le fait que le site stipule l ouverture, on nous a proposé de nous dépanner gentiment, chose que nous avons accepté, avec un plat froid à 18h car l hôtesse avait un rdv après a 18h30.. nous avons mange sur le pouce et avec une note salé pour la proposition de repas 2 assistes de bressola et une assiette tomate et mozza sans dessert ( 40 euros environ) Nous nous sommes pas senti les bienvenus.. ( nous étions les seuls dans l établissement) a croire qu ils ouvrent l établissement pour ne pas être banni de booking ..

We stayed in lake view room (the extra cost is well worth it). Very clean, breakfast was very nice, perfect to start the day. service was very helpful and friendly. Loved that they give out free bike rental. The bikes were excellent to get around quicker. Staff couldn't help you more. Thank you PERFECTO!

This is not a problem but more of a suggestion possible have a English version of the menu but if I'm honest it doesn't matter that much as the staff helped the best they could with questions and were very patient.
