CASA FELICE Maison de Charme

The room is located next to the park, it’s a nice location close to the restaurants and the sea. The building is nice, the room is quite new, the design is ok. There is a kettle and a separated kitchen on the floor. I didn’t use it but can be a good option for someone to have a bite at home. The bathroom is spacious and beautifully designed. The request for an extra blanket was easily resolved. There’s conditioner.

There were several things that unfortunately made this experience one of the worst ones. 1. The ceiling and the walls in the bathroom are covered with mold. There’s a lot of it! Must be dangerous. 2. I failed to take shower because my towels had an incredibly strong smell of chlorine or something similar. It was so strong that I didn’t risk to use it at all. I’m not so sensitive with smells and I’m usually ok when towers have the aroma, but this case was quite exceptional. 3. Noise! The room has a common corridor with the other room. The doors are super thin so it seems that all the noise from the corridor happens in the room. In addition the window goes to the inner yard, so until midnight there was a woman shouting and in the morning people were very loud there starting from 7.00. Plus! There was a very loud boiler that turned on when anyone was turning in water (I guess). So it was quite challenging to sleep. 4. The worst mattress and pillows in my life. As a consequence : 3 days of backache after just one night. Despite nice pictures and location I would never recommend to rent it.

La pulizia lascia al quanto a desiderare. Il bagno è cieco e senza alcuna areazione, neanche una ventola e c’è presenza di muffa sulle pareti della doccia. Il coprimaterasso troppo piccolo per il materasso così ci si ritrova a dormire direttamente sul materasso
