Struttura moderna che dispone di ogni servizio, il personale è gentile e disponibile. Nel paese è molto facile trovare parcheggio per la macchina. A meno di 20 minuti è raggiungibile la spiaggia di policastro

La struttura si trova nel centro storico, questo fattore risulta essere un po’ scomodo per il trasporto di bagagli in quanto la strada ha salute e scalini.

Camera grande ma occupata oltre al matrimoniale da un letto a castello. Nel centro storico del paese.a pochi passi dalla piazza dove si trovano i bar per la colazione e ristoranti. Balconcino funzionale. Parcheggio ai lati della piazza.

Suonano le campane ogni quarto d'ora fino a mezzanotte e dalle 5 del mattino. Nell'intervallo ogni ora. Posto per gente con sonno pesante.
