Non ci sono parole per definire il soggiorno e la cordialità di Roberto. La struttura è molto ben collegata con la laguna, giusto 15 minuti circa col bus locale, è in una zona molto tranquilla ideale per coppie o famiglie, la stanza è pulita e comoda e c'è all'interno anche un kit di benvenuto con acqua, cornetti, bollitore con bustine da infondere. Spero di tornarci quanto prima

Comfortable room and bed, big and clean bathroom Good location - there is a direct bus line available to Venice island, that takes approx 15 minutes. Quiet local neighbourhood. Friendly and helpful owner - Roberto. He helped us with personal issue and was very welcoming.

Only thing is the room isolation, as we could hear someone was showering at night right behind the wall, where the bed was.

Very friendly help and tidy , busy is handy to Venice centre and airport

between Rooms Sound insulation is not the best 😁
