Kamer was perfect in orde, niks op aan te merken. Niemand van personeel gezien, communicatie verliep via whatsapp wat een beetje vreemd was.

Struttura bella e accogliente, ben arredata pulita, , letto comodo e bagno super pulito, a 2 passi dalla stazione centrale di la Spezia.

Purtroppo vista la posizione centralissima c'è Poco parcheggio in zona..il parcheggio e in strada e quasi prevalentemente sempre pieno. ...ma nota positiva almeno c'è un parcheggio coperto lì nella via affianco. ..ovviamente a pagamento.

"Not worth the money."

Close to the main city extraction.

The place itself is small (photos are misleading). Also balcony view is also misleading as it is not showing the street but other building roof. Also it is very noisy. We were living in the room 1 and every time someone enter we were waken up by the noice of the main doors opening sound. Not the most pleasant think in the middle of the night or early morning. Parking is also very pricey 25/day is a lot.
