Terribile, il mobile aveva un anta rotta appena l'ho aperto per appoggiare gli indumenti mi è caduta l'anta di vetro con specchio addosso, chiamo la struttura perché pericoloso come sta la situazione nulla, dicono che hanno avvisato a chi di dovere finisce il mio soggiorno avevo l'anta del armadio che stava appoggiata con il rischio che poteva cadere di nuovo. Stanza numero 3 appena arrivato ho trovato la stanza senza linea internet, ho subito chiamato la struttura per la segnalazione ma nulla non mi hanno risolto il problema, la TV come se non funzionasse senza internet,

The location was really good

Rooms were dark, and small. There’s no WIFI as advertised, which meant we couldn’t use the TV either. Wouldn’t normally be a big deal on a holiday, we didn’t spend much time in the room, but regardless it is falsely advertised. They have taken the batteries from the Air Con remote so that it can’t be used, and even when we purchased batteries ourselves, the remote wouldn’t connect to the aircon. No staff to help us, the member of staff who answered my message regarding wifi, tried to tell me wifi wasn’t advertised, and changed the advertisement (I have screenshots before and after) I have never ever left a bad review, I stay in budget hotels all the time and I am easily pleased. But the service felt sneaky and ruined the trip

The location was good and close to the port.

The room was dirty. There was dust everywhere, the bedside tables were dirty, and the mirror in the bathroom was stained. On the balcony, the table and chairs looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since the previous season. The TV remote had no batteries, so we had to buy batteries ourselves in a store. The Wi-Fi didn’t work – it exists but is not functioning. There were also no basic kitchen items: there were cups, but no cutlery or small plates. We also noticed there was no microwave, but we decided to overlook that. For this price, our friends stayed in a much better place. We trusted the description, but unfortunately the reality was different.
