Location is decent

The light in the common area is annoying. Switches off automatically every few seconds. The shower leaked onto the floor after each use. The windows are poorly insulated

Shutter was closed the whole time didn’t get any sunlight whatsoever

The location is not central so please make yourself a favour and don’t get scammed. It is 35 minutes by foot away from the centre. The check in was very late and very complicated. Initially, there was no one to let us in to leave our baggage even though we had let them know what time we were arriving. The communication was terrible, they did not know English at all. They charged us an extra 12€ upon arrival for “tourist tax” for which we didn’t get any receipt. The door of the apartment could not close properly and the window was hard to open. It was impossible to sleep at night because of the poor soundproofing. Our room was at ground level so we could hear everything that was happening on the street, which was a lot if you consider that we were right next to a restaurant. We could also hear every sound from the other rooms and the worst of all was the sound of the elevator going up and down, which was used multiple time during the night. The sheets were not freshly washed and my partner got rashes during the night. We asked for a later check out because of the time of our flight and they refused. They agreed to keep our bags in the building for some hours but were later requesting the keys back even though they didn’t inform us about a different key being given to us. They were unprofessional, uncooperative and improper.

They take a “tourist tax” at arrival.

Large spacious and comfortable room, and big beds! The host also helped us check in at 1AM, which is highly appreciated.

The bathroom did not smell fresh.
