Everything was new and clean. Great position, with a 5 minutes walk you get to the stunning Baia del Silenzio. The host was kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Our room was great, it was clean and spacious. Location was fantastic an 8min walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. While breakfast was not included, but there was a great common room where we were able to make our own breakfasts and enjoy it on the balcony. Our host were amazing they could not do enough for us and we look forward to going back.

Belle terrasse arborée et lit confortable. Chambre élégante et bien décorée. Location économique comparée aux prix pratiqués ailleurs. Catarina est sympathique et décontractée. Elle inspire et fait confiance.

Cependant, je suis en situation de handicap et la distance de 8 mns depuis la gare est plutôt de 20 mns. Il n'y a pas de bus. La plage nécessite également de marcher 8 ou 9 minutes. Pour les personnes en rééducation ou en difficulté il faut vraiment multiplier par 2 ou 3 les temps annoncés. C'est un appartement partagé, on entend du bruit tôt le matin. Il est interdit de prendre les serviettes de la salle de bain pour la plage. Sinon, supplément !

Sehr saubere und moderne Unterkunft. Gastgeberin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuss in 5 Miuten zu erreichen. Zum Bahnhof in etwa 8 bis 9 Minuten zu Fuss. Der Strand war ebenso zu Fuss in etwa 6 Minuten zu erreichen. Durch die sehr gute Lage haben wir das Auto für unsere Ausflüge nicht gebraucht. Die Unterkunft hat Parkplätze, was sehr hilfreich ist. Es ist eine Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern von denen jedes ein eigenes Bad und Dusche hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Calma di vento sehr empfehlen.
