Location is perfect for seeing the town. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff very welcoming.

La posizione, il personale, le dimensioni della stanza, la vista sul fiume

La descrizione della struttura dichiarava che le camere sono insonorizzate, ma nella camera adiacente c'era un occupante maleducato e il rumore è durato quasi tutta la notte (una sveglia o un videogioco). La colazione inclusa è una bevanda calda, una pasta o un toast e una spremuta. Andrebbe specificato meglio nella descrizione

Come palazzo e la struttura interna della ricezione e soprattutto della camera, é stata una bella esperienza molto piacevole. Camera tranquilla, molto spaziosa la nostra con mobili molto belli ed interessanti, al centro un meraviglioso tappeto persiano. Il tutto ben pulito e letti comodi. IL palazzo si trova in una posizione veramente molto bella in riva al fiume ed a poche centinaia di metri a piedi dal centro dove si possono vedere dei palazzi d'epoca ben tenuti con tanti ristoranti /osterie dove si mangia molto bene. Cittadina tranquilla dove si può girare piacevolmente. Personale cortese e disponibile.

L'unica cosa che non é piaciuta é proprio la colazione! Non essendo un hotel, non si può pretendere una colazione completa anche se ci sono alcuni privati che presentano una colazione accettabile tra dolce e salato. Ma arrivare a presentare ai propri clienti al bar sotto al bellissimo palazzo d'epoca, una colazione chiamiamola così stile bar prima di andare a lavorare, la scelta tra 1 brioche o un toast é veramente molto poco. Mi dispiace dirlo, ma in nessun bar danno come unica alternativa thè nero al bergamotto (!) che é molto ma molto particolare e non piace a tutti, a colazione poi!!! Ci devono essere altri 2 tipi ci thè nero classici come fanno tutti i bar, le scelte non mancano! I the alle erbe e/o simili, non hanno niente a che vedere con il the nero, due cose ben differenti. E' da rivalutare questo punto del the nero ed ampliare anche la colazione aggiungendo qualche euro sul prezzo che tutti gradiscono una colazione un po' più ampia quando si é in vacanza.

The room was impeccably clean and spacious.

Breakfast was extremely dissapointing. Had to walk to a nearby bar to get a coffee, juice, and a croissant or toast. All of that could be easly served at the premises of the hotel - get a coffee machine, a couple of bottles of juice and have the personnel bring those croissants/toast from that bar and serve breakfast at the hotel. It would add to the comfort of the guest. Check-out is also too early, 10.30 am - considering you have to walk to the bar to get breakfast. Parking instructions are also very poor - you could provide the guests in advance where exactly to park a car, instead of having to come to the reception first and get the instructions wich are very poor. And finally the story with the elevator - the guest is not supposed to press any buttons, the receptionist calls the elevator... We waited in that elevator upon arrival for quite a while because nothing happened. Then had to get out and call the receptionist again. She either forgot or had other things to do - not acceptable. As things are now, I don't recommend staying there. But with a bit of organization, improved breakfast, this could be a perfet accomodation.

Bardzo ładna lokalizacja i wnętrza!

Ciężko jest skontaktować się z personelem i godziny otwarcia recepcji są dużym problemem.

It's in a very good location, the building is beautiful inside and out, the staff is nice, the room is very nice. It's not like a palace, it's a palace.

The room temperature could have been warmer, it would have been nice to come home to a warm room.

Camera da letto troppo piccola

A localização simplesmente perfeita, logo na entrada do centro histórico de Treviso, o estacionamento que eles dispõe por um preço bem bom 15euros, fica bem pertinho , o quarto é super charmoso e excelente, as atendentes super boas muito educadas.

Achei que o café da manha muito simples, mas isso não muda muita coisa, ficaria novamente nesse hotel

Das Frühstück war einfach aber mit perfektem italienischen Ambiente. Die Lage am Sile sehr schön. Zentrum beginnt eigentlich schon bei der Unterkunft. Restaurantempfehlungen plus Reservierungen waren Volltreffer. Parkplatz hat auch gut funktioniert.

Badezimmer ein bisschen karg aber ok.
