Staff assente per tutto il soggiorno,trasporto bagagli a pagamento non specificato, camere sporche, assente kit benvenuto, richiesta doppio cuscino mai esaudita, asciugami sporche

The location is perfect for a view over the sea and access to the beach. The property on this basis, is perfect and is made more special because of the large terrace. It comes at a cost because access is via a steep hill and a shuttle car (golf buggy) is available at 10 Euros to the top and 20 euros into Sorrento. The trade-off is a perfect view location to beach versus need for the (at times haphazard) shuttle. Marina di Puola is beatiful and the restaurants , community feel all add to its beauty

The trade-off for the isolated and beautiful spot is the access in and out and limited access for vehicle as the winding access road requires shunting and only works with smaller vehicles. The accommodation would benefit from some updating (again, a trade-off against the rustic, traditional feel). The staff were helpful, but no sense or feeling of much support., though this is minor critique.

La habitación esta muy bien implementada, con instalaciones modernas, además de estar en un sector tranquilo, con acceso a una de las pocas playas públicas en Sorrento.

El recambio de toallas debería ser frecuente.

La vista è spettacolare

Nel bagno non c’era il bidè. Non c’erano comodini vicino al letto cosa scomodissima anche perché c’era lo spazio per metterne uno piccolo. Letto matrimoniale è l’unione di due letti tra l’altro non molto comodo

Direkt am Strand und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Zimmer war sauber und das Bad wunderschön.

Struttura pulita e con una vista mozzafiato,siamo state accolte da un signore molto gentile e ogni volta che ho chiesto info tramite whatsapp ho ricevuto risposta immediata ..bagno molto bello e spazioso ! Marina di puolo è un angolo di paradiso

È solo un consiglio non una nota di demerito..servirebbe uno specchio intero 😅
