Worth it just for the view! Otherwise - a very lovely accommodation, well equipped, comfy & clean. Hosts are super friendly and accommodating, gave great sightseeing tips and how best to park. Check-in & check-out was smooth & easy. And do try their restraunt! Among if not the best in town! Plus an unbeatable view. Just superb!

As there is no aircon, it can get very hot in the summer. The provided fan helps though.

In the heat, it was uncomfortable without air conditioning, but we were not promised it) It was noisy in the evening, and in the morning there was also noise from the street, but it didn't bother us much. Maybe I wouldn't have come here with small children because of the noise.

The location is perfect, just by the lake and the apartment itself has a wonderful view of the lake. The host was really friendly. Check-in went smoothly and the host gave tips and suggestions for the region.

There is no A/C. Unfortunately we were there on a very hot day and it was difficult to sleep in the night. The bathroom is in the attic and bath tub is under the low and sloped roof. It was very difficult to shower.

No A/C, a bit smelly room. But the worst thing was the noise! Some youngsters partied till 2 a.m. with motorbikes and shouting all the time. After that trash cars, collecting trash and breaking glass trash...imposible to sleep. The isolation of sound was so poor. No sleep is guaranteed :)

Situation was good and view on the lakeside beautiful. Breakfast was not available. Food/dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The building is old, but windows newly constructed. The situation was noisy, but less than expected.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view across the Lake, close to local restaurants, bars, shops and local sightseeing. Ferry terminal very close for exploring Lake Maggiore.

The staff was lovely and they were always helpful. Also the view from the rooms was lovely. And the breakfast was very nice. I really enjoyed the fact that we could rent their bikes for free. That was a saviour because the hotel is not near anything.

I think the price was quite high for the amenities we got. The room was on the smaller side, the bathroom had just a shower and no bath. And we were given no soaps or any toiletries.
