Easy to find and get to. The staff person let us keep our bags there after check out until our bus

Nothing - just a bit far from the tower. Also didn't like having to pay per person but this practice is common in many areas of Italy

Unfortunately no real reception/staff availability except for during mornings and new checkins.

The location was perfect staff very nice and room pretty comfortable, piazza dei Miracoli is just 10 minutes walk from the house. You can reach everything quickly from there, very convenient to visit Pisa city centre, the lungarni etc..

The street outside is a bit noisy during the day but when the window is closed you don't hear a thing, in September it wasn't hot, so with the window shut we had no problem

Helpful and friendly host, with quick communication. Great location for sight-seeing and the Pisa train station(s). Good value for money.

The room was on a busy, road but the double glazed windows did block out the noise at night when closed. Small shower space and the hot water took a long time to come through but have faith and it does get hot :-)
