La vista al "mar" y la atención de Oskar.

El ascensor no funciona, siendo una planta tercera. Está alejado del centro. Los mosquitos no nos permitieron dormir, por lo ye deberían tomar precauciones. Tienen un andamio justo en el baño. La limpiadora fue muy molesta, llamando a las 9.30h a la habitación y diciéndole NO desde dentro continuó llamando. Por pesada le abrí, insistiendo en entrar reiterándole que no, que el checking era a las 10.30h!! Eso es algo realmente molesto, cuando además se suma que no has dormido y que te estás duchando y preparando para marcharte.

Super amables. Óscar super atento y contesta muy rápido a todas las dudas. La ubicación es perfecta justo frente al puerto. Habitaciones amplias en un edificio muy bonito. Camas cómodas, ducha perfecta y con aire acondicionado.

Ponía que el desayuno estaba incluido, y simplemente era un kit que había en la habitación con algo de café, infusiones, algunas mermeladas y bollería.

The host and the lady that took care of the room were wonderful.

The room was outdated and didn’t have any place to put your clothes properly, except for an old furniture that had a moldy smell.

It was very clean

Everything. The biggest issue is that it’s advertised as a hotel but it is not a hotel. Difficult check in, surly neighbors (inside a residential building), no on site staff, etc. terrible!!!! Should not be allowed to advertise as a hotel.

"Not suggesting the stay"

Self check in, offered water bottles in the room and the lovely cat that entertained us whilst leaving.

Whilst sitting on the toilet it’s impossible to stay straight as the shelf of the sink overlaps with the toilet and pushes you to the side. Cleanliness wise one of the towels provided had half an inch blood stain on it. The room had a costant humming noise that was topped off by having the workers (which are renovating the whole palace’s facade) walking in front of our window at 8 am in the morning. Next time i’ll gladly go somewhere else.
