"Sensational Castello with a fascinating history and wonderful views."

A beautiful medieval Castello lovingly brought back to life by a charming French couple, Cecile and Philippe. The house is stunningly furnished with wonderful artifacts and art works. Our bedroom was located next to the throne room! The views from the terrace and the beautiful swimming pool are sensational! We were fortunate that Cecile and Philippe were in residence and it was a real privilege to be given a tour of the palace by them and to learn about its fascinating history and connection with the Marquis de Montholon (Napoleon's General who chose to go into exile with him on St. Helena).

We loved everything about our stay!

This was such an unique stay! It’s a really old castle, it feels like your sleeping in a museum. The garden, the view, and the pool… The most beautiful infinity pool I have seen! Paolo (and Georgina!) were super friendly hosts. Kitchen has everything you need, the apartment was huuuuuge, the patio lovely. Highly recommended!

Shared kitchen, so we made our own breakfast.

Far from the train. It would be great with better possibilities for shuttle and renting car, as there are no shops close by. Thankful for very helpful staff.
