2 minute walk from the beach. Right in town. 10 minute walk from train station. 2 min walk from the start of the cinque terre Nice balcony to sit in the morning

Where do I begin?! The towels smelled like smoke and dirt and had visible brown marks. I couldn’t use a dirty towel so I had to dry off with a t shirt.. owner provided clean towels the second day.. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. Owner said it was due to a national internet problem but I haven’t had a problem anywhere else in Italy Our room was so cold!! Heater doesn’t work well The dishware was so dirty. Unable to use We paid too much for the low quality of the room.

the location was great, the bed room and bathroom clean. Coffee and tea making facilities and a small fridge. Friendly owne. View from the room window was lovely.

It was a real struggle to get a suitcase up the stairs to the property and then up to the room inside the property. We were there in winter and although the heater was on quite high I dont think there is insulation as we were still quite cold.

Once you find it…what a gem! Exceptional location, very clean and comfortable. Great price for amazing accommodation

Bit difficult to find. Take a close look at the photo of the stairs you need to take to find the property right next to Emy’s Way Restaurant. Climb the first lot of stairs and turn right. At the top of those stairs look up to the right for sign to Ricky Rooms Do not follow the directions on Booking.com as they are incorrect.

Stairs - lack of cleanliness Dirty dishes

The place was easily accessible via the train station and in the heart of the area. The room was very clean and had the necessary items. The view of the city from the window was quite nice to wake up to.

The kind size bed was made up of 2 beds placed together. The mattress was not as comfortable as it could've been. I could sink into the mattress leaving a sort of print on it. I don't like firm beds, but this mattress in my opinion could've used a bit more support. The other thing that I found a bit annoying is that there is a church or tower with a bell that stands tall just a few meters from the room. The bell rang every 30mins from 7.30am I think and you could hear it loud and clear. At night it stopped around 9pm I think. Just something to bear in mind.
