Your House Rooms

Fantastic property. Very thorough directions were sent to us which meant a very smooth arrival. Greta to have access to some refreshments after a 1am arrival. Clean, well provided. Ladies were very helpful and kids loved the little play area.

Only downside was the breakfast offering if we’re being picky. Could have done with some cows milk for cereal and plain bread for toast for the children. Amazing section of fresh pastries, yoghurts and alternative milks.

Wie immer: tolle Lage, schönes Haus und Zimmer, tolle gemütliche Einrichtung, wieder einiges neu.

Leider wird kein Frühstück im eigentlichen Sinn mehr angeboten aus diversen Gründen, aber Getränke und Snacks sind jederzeit vorhanden.

The host, Marina was fantastic! She answered all my questions from the very beginning when I booked all throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed (2 adults, one teenager and one child). We will stay again for sure!!

Todo, está muy bonito, limpio, con muchos detalles, se nota que hay dedicación por parte de quien lo gestiona. La habitación familiar muy grande igual que el baño. Tiene una pequeña cocina incorporada en la habitación y en las zonas comunes tienes café, agua, dulces, lácteos 24h. La atención de la propietaria fue un 10.

Lugar muy agradable y cómodo para ir con niños. La sala de juegos es hermosa y llena de lindos juguetes. Todo está muy cuidado y tiene lindos detalles. La noche que estuvimos fue un poco ruidosa por culpa de vecinos, no del lugar en sí. El desayuno no es malo pero todo muy empaquetado, me gustaría que hubiese más frutas y huevos revueltos, tostadas... pero no está mal para nada.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questa bellissima struttura... Che dire .. un sogno: innanzitutto la Signora Marina è stata disponibilissima e molto precisa nelle spiegazioni per il check in e nelle indicazioni sul parcheggio e altre info. Ciò che poi ci ha particolarmente colpito sono stati la cura per i dettagli e la pulizia che definirei impeccabile! Le camere sono dotate di un angolo cottura in cui non manca niente, un servizio molto comodo di cui abbiamo usufruito trovandoci benissimo. Presente anche una stanza carinissima dedicata ai più piccoli in cui i bambini possono giocare e divertirsi con vari giochi. Letti molto comodi e colazione buonissima. Grazie per la vostra ospitalità, se torneremo a Genova prenoteremo sicuramente da voi!!
