- There's no Wi-Fi at all (which was really important to me). The owner was well aware of the fact but completely ignored me when I notified her of the issue. - The cleanliness was ok but there were issues like sand in the shower. - The bed was not very comfortable. - The apartment is in the center of the village but there's not much to do there. - The breakfast was very basic - a single croissant or a piece of cake, coffee and orange juice. - The place was rather dark. - The communication with the owner was bad - she felt rude, uninterested, didn't speak English and made no effort to communicate.

The owner is a great person. Unfortunately I didnt ask his name... We came to Tortoli to avoid the strong wind in the south coast. And decided to stay 1 night. Im happy that we found this place. Right in the center of Tortoli, very quiet, non-traffic area. We had a very peaceful night. A big double bed in the room, enough for a night sleep with couple and a 3yo kid. They serve a breakfast in the restaurant close the hotel. Croissand or cake, and capuccino or latte +orange juice is included in brakfast, any other order is considered extra and you have to pay. We had a great dinner in the same restaurant. The host made me guest to a dring and he also presented a local liquior when we left. We were amazed of the hospitality in this place.

Wifi signal is very bad in the room N4.

Great location and a comfy bed. Overall ok for a couple of nights.

Very small shower, could hardly move in there. The breakfast included was a coffee and a croissant, so not really a breakfast.

Very cozy with modern facilities. The staff were also the friendliest people we met.

Breakfast was expanded Italian breakfast, served in the owner’s lovely restaurant nearby. It was fine.

This met our needs well. No dislikes!

The penthouse we've spent two nights in was very spacious. Location in city center in walking distance to restaurants and cafe's.

Breakfast was offered in the nearby bar. Basically you get a coffee and a croissant. No parking available at the property. Bathroom was small with sloping deep ceiling.
