Lots of personal touches - great service - from meeting us at the train station to bringing us croissants in the morning. Roberto thought of all our needs - and had some great recommendations for drinks and dinner

Roberto was the perfect host- so helpful and went out of his way to help us with any inquiry including taking our luggage to and from the train. We gave this stay 12/10- the room is wonderful- clean, bed very comfortable, view of the water to the side and a plentiful free mini bar with goodies and prosecco etc . There was so much extra value provided. The decor was calming, the location was not too high on the cliff so not too many stairs. Thank you to Ro to an absolute super star - we highly, highly recommend staying here.

The location was fabulous. We loved our unit, it had everything we could possible need, it was clean and comfortable. We loved our host Rob. He was fantastic. He picked us up from our car, gave us a parking spot, brought all of our heavy luggage to our room. He answered every call. He even called us the night before to ask if we would like fresh croissants in the morning. Rob picked us up early in the morning with all of our luggage again and transported not only us but 2 of our kids to our car when leaving. If you know anything about Cinque Terre you know there is no where to park and it is very hilly and it’s a lot of walking. We were very thankful for Rob.

We liked everything about the property.

Absolutely everything! It exceeded our expectations! Roberto and Gio were amazing hosts. The room was as stunning as views. Best location. 10/10 and will recommend to everyone
