The breakfast here is delicious! YOu can enjoy it.

Big and spacious room and bathroom, but a bit styleless and run-down, somewhat like the town of La Caletta in general. Rented however at a correct price, some effort was put in the outdoor area, decorated with plants, flowers and some privacy curtains. The entry door to the room is a sliding window, which makes sleeping with open windows at night nearly impossible unless if you leave the sliding window open to basically anyone, mosquitos and dust. The AC fortunately works really well and cools the room in few time, you'll need it a night as it can get really hot during the day, as the room is located below the roof. A little kitchenette is available for everyone, and a small shop at the end of the street! Cleanliness is ok. Friendly owners and late check in is a plus in Sardinia

here is two things you need to know. The breakfast consists of getting a voucher for a local bar few minutes away, where you can get either any coffee or a juice and one sweet pastry, so don't consider this a proper breakfast! Same choice every day. Secondly there is a construction site going on in front of three of their rooms. Given the speed they're working at, one wonders if they'll finish some day. Obviously this isn't the owners fault, but you get a lot of dust in the little private terrace area in front of your room, hence inside as well, so it's hard to sit outside in the sofa and enjoy or keep it clean inside. I feel like more effort could have put into this. Construction went on only during mornings, so don't plan on sleeping in if you're on that side of the building, let alone open the curtains...

Newly equipped furnitures and place. AC works well. There is a little fridge for refreshments, shared kitchen with equipments and BBQ works with the gas in the garden. Just 2 mins away from a supermarket, 15 mins away from the beach by walk. Breakfast (a coffee and a bakery product) was in a cafe they agreed, it was on the way to beach just 7-8mins away.

There is a on going construction next to the building, especially in front of rooms 1, 2 and 3. Thankfully the workers didn’t work at the weekend but in the weekdays they worked loudly… Room 1 was not having windows so you need to open the door for refreshing the room but was not a big deal with AC though. (Which creates a little privacy issue too)

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this property. The accommodation itself was stunning, with carefully thought-out design elements that truly made it a home away from home. The location was picture-perfect, providing an idyllic setting that was both tranquil and visually impressive. The nearby beach, just a short walk away, was equally beautiful. It offered pristine sands and clear waters, making it the ideal spot for relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an unforgettable vacation.
