Le Dune di Villa Diana

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! I proprietari sono molto cortesi e sempre disponibili. La struttura si trova a due passi dal mare, con la comodità di scegliere tra spiaggia libera o "stabilimento" attrezzato. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono biciclette gratuite, ideali per percorrere la bellissima pista ciclabile. Molto apprezzato anche il servizio self-service di bevande e gelati, sempre rifornito. Forse prezzo un po caro per la Struttura Carina ma sempre un b&b con camera non molto grande. Piccolo inconveniente con balcone (sporco) della camera di fianco della nostra occupato da 2 piccioni di cui 1 morto. Cosa da eliminare in tutti i sensi lasciandolo vuoto é pulito. Communiqué un plauso a Barbara & Luigi che fanno di tutto per renderti la Vacanze piacevole. Bravi, complimenti Gentilissimi...

Luigi and Barbara's lovely bed and breakfast is located right on the beach in Vasto Marina. You can't beat the location, and there is a supermarket, cafe, bus stop, and convenient public parking right on the corner, so you have everything you need very close by. They also have bikes you can use at any time to cruise the boardwalk area and go the centro of Vasto Marina and the waterfront promenade. Biking is a must (vs walking) and it's a really nice ride. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Breakfast is also very good -- you select what you want the night before, and Luigi and Barbara bring your tray to you as soon as you come downstairs in the morning. Free bottled water and refreshments are also available on site all day. The owners work very hard to be very attentive and respond immediately on Whatsapp if you should need anything.

Per Booking, the room we booked was supposed to have a balcony. Given the location, you really, really want a balcony to overlook the ocean. This was our primary reason for choosing to stay here. But when we arrived, we did not receive a room with a balcony. We later cleared things up with the owners, and they were very accommodating and more than made up for the misunderstanding -- but if you are expecting to have a room with a balcony, I urge you to reach out directly to the property to 100% ensure that that is what you will be getting once you arrive.

Le Dune Di Villa Diana in Vasto offers a perfect coastal retreat with easy access to a lovely beach and a scenic bike and walking path. The free bikes provided make exploring the area a breeze. The rooms and facilities are clean, updated, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing stay. The friendly and helpful hosts go out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience, and the delicious breakfast is the perfect start to each day. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway by the sea!

Everything was great!

Cleanliness, secure, beachside, breakfast, beach chairs and umbrellas available to carry out to the public beach, walking distance to the marina area. Air conditioning works well. Owners are very gracious, welcoming and helpful . We were given excellent information about local restaurants.

The property had no parking. However there is limited public free parking just around the corner.

Luigi and his wife were excellent hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are fairly small but nice and clean with comfortable bed and having a balcony overlooking the beach which was great. It was about a 15 minute walk to the Marina but they also had bikes available that could be used. Very close to the Villa Diana is access to buses that can take you to the main centre of Vasto which is great late arvo and evening to go to - have a drink, dinner and admire the view over Vasto.

We were on the 2nd floor and not having an elevator to carry our suitcases up and down was the only downside. But not a real problem.

Luigi and Barbara were very accommodating. It is a great location close to the beach. Short walk to the Marina and short drive to the old town. Really enjoyed our stay.
