Very nice landlord. Apartament is in good condition and clean. Apartament has air condition .

Apartament is far From Center city. But close to is bus stop.

I liked everything , the owner of the apartment Daniela was very friendly with us , the room was very clean and the bed really comfy . Daniela also offered us breakfast. The best apartment in Pisa

Good hospitality, the owner is super friendly, very clean property, big and comfy room, breakfast provided

1. we didn't have heat in the room all the time.. we had to turn on the air conditioning on hot. 2. very narrow beds 3. poor breakfast.. It was a breakfast for one person not for 2 (on the first day a bottle of water, 500ml milk, a croissant, 1 tart, 4 slices of toast and 2 boxes of jam were left in the room). Every time he completed his breakfast, he only put what was edible (for example 1 tart and 1 croissant, otherwise he left the old ones)

1. Clean B&B with kitchen facilities 2. Decent WiFi connection 3. Daniela seems nice but can't speak English so barrier to communication

1. Every time I sent messages via booking.com to the hotel, I got a reply saying 'I am away'. Difficult to know if the person will help respond to your actual queries. 2. Host made us wait for 30 mins even though we had informed of arrival close to 2 pm - had tickets to Leaning Tower of Pisa at 3.30 pm & was late as a result 3. The building & parking should be made clearer to guests via prior instructions & photos etc. 4. Breakfast was 1 piece of packaged bread/bun & 4 pieces of traditional Italian biscuits with 2 Jam/spreads & 2 coffee filters. Hard to believe this was for 2 people. No where else in Italy did we get such a light breakfast having stayed in Naples, Amalfi Coast, Puglia, Siena & Rome too. 5. Bathroom design needs to be looked at. There's a ledge to put things on above the wash basin which itself is so low that it's impossible to wash your face or brush without wetting the toilet & smacking your head against the ledge. 6. Bed had a weird protrusion in the middle as if 2 single beds were combined to form 1 large bed.

I had two very good nights. The room and the apartment was super clean. Gabriella is very polte and helpfull. Communication was very good.
