Tiziana, la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e super disponibile. Posizione perfetta per i mezzi pubblici ma la via centrale è facilmente raggiungibile in 20 minuti. Struttura molto pulita con cambio asciugamani giornaliero.

This is by far the biggest disappointment we have ever experienced in all our travels! Our three-day vacation started in the worst possible way when we arrived at this disgusting, uninhabitable place and ended up standing on the streets of Palermo late at night, desperately looking for alternative accommodation. We arrived around 10:00 PM, together with our friends! This place is nothing but a filthy cave — full of mold, with absolutely no light, no ventilation, and no air! The level of decay and neglect is beyond anything we have ever seen! We will attach photos as proof, so there is no doubt that we are not exaggerating at all! This is a serious warning, including to Booking.com! The manager’s attitude was completely unacceptable — rude, arrogant, and totally indifferent to tourists. She made it very clear that she did not care at all about refunding our money and even admitted that the photos on the listing are over 10 years old! We always book through Booking specifically to avoid situations like this, and yet this place is still allowed to operate! It is absolutely incomprehensible how such a hellish, insanitary location can have such a high rating on Booking! We are writing this review to warn other tourists: avoid this place at all costs. Choosing this so-called accommodation in the center of Palermo is a huge mistake and a complete waste of money.

1. The location is excellent. Middle in the centre of Palermo, but very quiet, since it is located in pedestrian area. There are several typical Sicilian restaurants in vicinity, as well as Sisi supermarket. The beakfast is included, served in a small coffe bar in the neighborhood. 2. The appartment is roomy, consisting of large bedroom, smaller dining with kitchen appliances and microwave oven, and bathroom. The towels were changed every three days, and the whole unit was cleaned every day (!). 3. The main and most important was the landlady of the b&b, Tiziana. She is a real asset of the property, very friendful, extremely energetic and helpful. She can inform you about the most interesting places in Palermo, book a restaurant, and also help you in any critical situation.

Ha fatto un pò freddo e nel Bagno non c’è modo di far arrivare il riscaldamento …vero che il freddo a Palermo è cosa rara ma a noi è capitato

Super tolles Apartment in bester Lage. Optimaler kann man meines Erachtens nicht wohnen. Tiziana ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie hilft in jeder Lebenslage, kümmert sich schon vorher per WhatsApp um Anreise bzw. Transfer vom Flughafen und gibt Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

Staff educato, cordiale e premuroso. Servizio in generale eccellente. Vero e proprio appartamentino completo e oltre le aspettative. Posizione centrale, in un bel quartiere pulito, ricco di altri servizi utili e cose da vedere, a brevissima distanza dalle principali attrazioni del centro storico, ma meno caotico in quanto laterale rispetto al traffico del grosso dei turisti. Molto bene servita da mezzi di trasporto da/per aeroporto. Colazione ricca e golosa!!

Struttura centrale, pulitissima e colazione in bar convenzionato a pochi metri ottima. Ma la differenza con gli altri B&B lo fa Tiziana che è super disponibile ad ogni esigenza e pronta a rispondere a tutte le richieste. Sicuramente tornerò a Vacanze Palermitane in futuro!
