Very good location, very kind and helpful host!

I really like Tiziana, who is welcoming and very helpful. She wrote to me the message one month before my holiday if I need any help she is for me!! Take care about customers, giving good tips how to spend time and what to see around Palermo. Moreover coming every day tidy the room and fill whatever is missing. She is very open person, we had good conversations and I am feeling I know her many years:). Localisation perfect in city centre, street is close so no cars around ( very busy area all the time). Room very big (vintage style which I love it)with tiny kitchen and bathroom. Always clean, I felt comfortable. I will recommend for everyone 👌 with 100%.

This place is so we'll decked out, had that classic rustic Mediterranean charm in the heart of Palermo. Tiziana was the most hospitable host on my journey and went well out of her way to ensure my stay was as comfortable and pleasant for my stay in Sicily. The room was spacious and clean and was centrally located with easy walking access to shops and restaurants. Tiziana's recommendations for Palermo were perfect for places to go and where to eat.

I slept really well in a truly quiet environment. This is a secure ground floor apartment in a fine old building located about 10 minutes stroll to Teatro Massimo. From there walk into the historic Old Town. Many restaurants of a wide variety are in streets surrounding the apartment. Cruise liners moored in the port can be seen from outside the building front door. There are brilliant bus services around the corner on Via Roma, and nearby, to the central railway station, Shuttlebus to the Airport from outside the Prada shop (€6- gets there in 40 minutes) and to the seaside in lovely Mondello (change from 101 to 806 at Croci terminus; €1.40 each way). Tiziana provided really tasty fresh pastries each morning in addition to yogurts, coffee and milk- included in the great value stay cost. The apartment was clean throughout. AC is there but I had no need for it's use. I had really good WiFi in the livingroom/bedroom. Tiziana gave me helpful advice about getting around that enhanced my stay in Palermo even though I had previously visited (and I look forward to going back).

The location is great, near the city centre by walking (5 minutes), near to the station of airport shuttle bus (5 minutes), the owner Tiziana is great, she welcomed us and pointed to us on map key tourist sites and few tips and tricks. The breakfast was classic sicilian, only sweet (but thats normal here), she brings every morning fresh croissants and other italian sweets and provide yoghurt, milk and coffee. The appartment was fully equipped, clean and there is nice terrace. Top value for money!
