"Vi är mycket nöjda med boendet! Tyst och lugnt läge."

Nära tågstationen och centrum. Sköna sängar. Bra med två dubbelrum med en liten hall emellan, som en lägenhet. Enkelt att få kontakt med Theresa som svarade på alla våra frågor! Bästa puben runt hörnet, La taverna del Metallo!

Sängen i det ena rummet var för smal för två väninnor. Bättre för ett kärlekspar eller för två barn. Men vi sov gott för sängen var skön! Frukosten var på ett cafe i närheten. Bara kaffe, croissant och juice. Men man kunde köpa till t ex ägg eller toast så det funkade bra ändå.

Nieduży pokój w starej kamienicy, urządzony w stylu "morskim", ze starymi ładnymi meblami, wymagającymi jednak odnowienia. Jest lodówka, czajnik, ekspres do kawy. Czysto. Kontakt z Właścicielką bezproblemowy (mail, whatsapp). Klucze do odebrania w skrzynce zewnętrznej po otrzymaniu kodu Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Cicho, spokojnie,. 5 minut od stacji kolejowej i równie blisko do centrum.

Niezbyt wygodne łóżko. Woda w łazience raczej letnia, niż ciepła

Bien ubicado, muy buena comunicación y disposición por parte de loa anfitriones..Hay te, café, agua de cortesía, lindo detalle. También toallas para la playa.

This is my third stay here. I don’t want to say how excellent it was because I want the availability when I return! I’m telling any one that reads this that this was the best place I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at five star hotels.

I can’t think of a thing that I needed or desired that wasn’t there!

"Comoda alla stazione ma per dormirci al massimo per una notte ....."

La posizione vicina alla stazione quindi comoda per raggiungere le 5 terre

Palazzina vecchia odore di vecchio e chiuso ,la stanza era normale , non abbiamo avuto molto aiuto per trovare il parcheggio per l'auto, ci siamo arrangiate a trovare e prenotare il parcheggio .

Molto pulito e profumato. Macchinetta del caffé con cialde e frigo disponibile, armadio, tavolino e sedie rendono il soggiorno piú agevole.

"Très belle situation géographique"

Hotel très bien situé dans la Spezia ! Proche du centre et de la gare. Teresa super réactive dès que j'avais une question et de bons conseils !

Le ma que de lumière dû à l'emplacement. Mais pas grave du tout!!
