L’appartement est très bien situé, à moins de 10 minutes de la gare pour aller au Cinque Terre. Il dispose d’une terrasse.

Cute little apartment with a beautiful garden. The location is fantastic as it is a walk from the train station. Many restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Will definitely return when in La Spezia

Select wisely the place you book since sadly even if parking is mentioned as benefits, it is also written below that there is in fact no free parking, but a private one that costs 25 £/day. Also, even if we booked the place for parking and garden access, we did not have access to the garden either - probably just some room have, so better ask before. All in all an ok place, but would not book again.

Great location With a short walk from the train station. The court yard out the back is a beautiful and a great place for a coffee. The accommodation is very clean and tidy

The second bed makes it a little tight, however this was perfect for what we wanted from this place.

A lovely room very close to the center of La Spezia. The host was friendly, easy to reach and gave good suggestions of restaurants etc.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was well prepared, making me feel at home. The mattress was new and confortable, ensuring good sleep. The location is perfect, 2 minutes from the train station and with great café nearby. Teresa is a wonderful host- kind, responsive and attentive to every detail. I would love to return!
