Awesome place to stay with a great host. It's modern, super clean, easy to park and you get a nice breakfast in the gelato at the corner. Really liked everything and recommend the place!

Typical Italian breakfast Breakfast at essenzanero Cafe about 50m from the apartment. (croissant + Cafe) Nunzio always offered help, suggested restaurants and locations to visit during the stay. He brought us olive oil, bread and figs from their own production - super tasty! Communication always worked, also with translation app. Great stay and great family!

We have quite a bit of experience with renting, but staying at NuHouse was really something special. Everything was exceptional, from the modern luxury equipment to the cleanliness and sense of utility. The host Nunzio was one of a kind. He was always available with advice and everything else. In addition, he showed exceptional hospitality, as he kept surprising us with attentions - from gifts for the children to home-grown fruit, olive oil, bread and other attentions. The stay was like staying with old friends. Absolutely recommended for couples and families.
