It was truly a wonderful experience. I'd also like to thank Alessandro for his attention to every detail of our stay. We were also very pleased to receive complimentary tea and coffee in the common area. The hotel's location is also very central. We wandered around Como all day and finally walked back to our hotel. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and bathroom were adequate for two people. I'll definitely choose this place again when we return. 😍😍Thanks again! 💚

Great location, so close to everything!

An amazing stay in Como! The property is centrally located, walking distance to all of the great cafes and restaurants. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the street, perfect spot for your morning coffee! There is a common room equipped with all the necessary items. Alessandro was a fantastic host and was always friendly and available to contact and more than happy to help. Even letting us store our luggage safely after check out so that we could enjoy our last day in Como. Highly recommend this property and we’ll definitely be back if in Como! Thank you for a fantastic stay! 😊

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gut gelegen. Wunderbare Betreuung des Gastgebers schon vor der Ankunft und auch während des Aufenthalts. Bequemes Bett. Wasser, Tee, Kaffee, alles steht zur Verfügung.

The location of the property is amazing. Close to the train station, lake, restaurants, stores, bus stops. Apartment is very well maintained, modern, clean, fully equipped. The owner very friendly and helpful, recommend very good restaurants. Strongly recommended! :)

The hotel was wonderful, and the owner was very nice as well. We had a room with a small balcony — a perfect spot for dinner and wine. In addition, there are wine glasses and a corkscrew in the common area, which in my opinion is an absolute must-have in Italian hotels, though not all of them provide it. There’s also coffee, tea, and another little balcony in the shared space. The location is very convenient — 5–10 minutes from the train station, 3–5 minutes from the lake, and right in the heart of the old town. I definitely recommend it.
