Sehr geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet, wenige Meter von der Arena entfernt. Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr komfortabel mit großer Dusche.

Etwas Verkehrslärm, mit dem aufgrund der sehr zentralen Lage freilich zu rechnen ist.
