Die Anlage ist super schön, das Zimmer besser als erwartet und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, und das Restaurant top. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kinder haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war wenig hilfsbereit. Schade war auch, dass es keinen Poolservice gab – Bestellungen mussten selbst an der Rezeption aufgegeben und an der Bar abgeholt werden. Unser Zimmer lag im 2. Stock, und trotz zwei Kleinkindern erhielten wir keine Hilfe mit dem Gepäck. Insgesamt hätten wir uns mehr Service gewünscht.
