Casa molto accogliente con un terrazzo molto carino. Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dal centro storico.

Unica pecca il fatto di dover smaltire autonomamente la spazzatura.

Exceptional apartment in a superb location on main street lined with incredible restaurants cocktail bars and souvenir shops. So close to the old town entrance and famous cliff side beach too. The apartment itself has 2 nice bathrooms which is super convenient, great little kitchen area. The terrace is fantastic and gets the sun all day, relaxing after a day of sightseeing. If staying in Polignano again I would book here 100%. 😎🇮🇹

Central location, very clean and lovely roof terrace. Owner was very helpful, sent easy instructions about check in/out and there was good street parking nearby. We enjoyed our stay - molto bene!

Location very near to center - tat was awesome. Apartment was very clean and nice.

The house rules are written in a strange way. For example, guests are threatened with a €500 penalty if any food is left in the fridge, which we consider unreasonable. There were no garbage bags provided. The kitchen equipment is very basic (no kettle, very few knives and utensils). The terrace, which was one of the reasons we chose this accommodation, was not accessible, which we only discovered after arrival. No one told us before. We arrived between 9–10 pm (the host knew this in advance) and the temperature inside the house was only 14°C. It took a long time to heat the bedroom to a comfortable temperature and the bathroom remained very cold. Interestingly, the house rules are detailed, but there is no information about how to use the heating. Communication was via WhatsApp in Italian and not particularly friendly. The toilet seat is loose and should be fixed, which was already mentioned in another review but apparently has not been addressed.
