The room felt very new and was properly clean. the bed was also very comfortable. It had everything I needed, hair dryer, fridge, basic hygiene things. The location was walking distance to everything which was really convenient. I would definitely come again!

Thank you to Barbara and her team for an excellent stay in Olbia. Nothing was to much trouble. Location in the old town is excellent and included breakfast at the New York cafe nearby a bonus. Andrew & Kay Australia.

Steep stairs to the second floor for heavy bags - travel light

Pretty much everything, right in the city center, the place is very spacious and clean.

Nothing really. On the weekend there's noise on the street, but nothing you can do really.

The residence was downtown, very well located with parking nearby. The room was confortable, nice bathroom. A very nice private terrace, place to hung up washed clothes. Lovely lady in charge, super friendly. We could use beach staff, that was very handy. It included breakfast.

Barbara was extremely helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent too.

We enjoyed our stay here! Barbara was so lovely and helpful and answered any questions we had! The complimentary breakfast each day at a few different locations was a nice touch- usually a pastry and a drink which set us up for the day :) Within walking distance of many restaurants and not far from bus stop. Room was clean and the perfect size for us! Shower facilities were good also.

The only thing I would say was the aircon- it got quite warm in the room at night and the aircon didn't get very cold. There were no windows in the room so you would have to open the balcony door to get some air in. Perfect otherwise!
