Ornella é stata molto gentile nell'accoglienza, una persona fantastica, mi ha fatto conoscere i suoi 2 micetti 🥰 Tutto molto pulito e gradevole! Ci ritorneró sicuramente!

The location is fantastic, easy to get to from the railway station and our hostess was so friendly and welcoming and very trusting 😀 The bed was very comfortable and tea and coffee was available in the room. Separate bathroom all to ourselves. As we arrived later than anticipated, Ornella had left us an aperitif as she was going to be out - so kind! Lots of good restaurants round the corner and a short walk to the city centre/ Arena. We stayed with Ornella on our return journey too and would definitely stay with her again. Highly recommended

Ornella is a lovely hostess and very trusting. Our flight was late arriving but she had sent all the information we needed to get into the building and the flat. She had very kindly left us an aperitif and we got to meet her once we were back from getting something to eat. Bed was very comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities were in the room and we had our own bathroom. Very glad I have booked this for our return night in Verona before flying back to the UK.

Camera molto ampia e ospitalità ottima ed è in un ottima posizione

A estadia no Arena Artist foi extremamente tranquila e muito agradável. O local tem fácil acesso, é silencioso e acolhedor. O quarto e o banheiro estavam muito limpos, bem decorados e exatamente como nas fotos. A localização é excelente: cerca de 7 minutos de caminhada até o centro histórico e aproximadamente 15 minutos até a estação Porta Nuova. Há alguns restaurantes bem avaliados muito proximos. A anfitriã foi extremamente gentil e atenciosa, surpreendendo-nos com petiscos e vinho, um gesto delicado que fez toda a diferença e nos fez sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindos.

Melhor lugar para se hospedar!!!! Voltarei Aliás fui pedida em casamento nele 🥰🥰🥰

Que era cómodo, amplia la habitación, la señora Ornella es amable, nos explicó todo y nos dió un aperitivo, la verdad una experiencia agradable

No ha podido ser mejor. La habitación es grande y muy bonita, la cama muy cómoda y la ubicación perfecta entre el centro y la estación de tren. Además Ornella ha sido encantadora y muy servicial. Más que recomendable.

Todo perfecto. Si tuviera que decir algo, sufrimos un poco al ducharnos porque no había cortina y nos sabía mal mojar el suelo, pero es que todo ha sido mejor de lo esperado.
