Fantastic location (and Mountain View from your window) and also they’ve anticipated just about every question you might ask about local transportation and other typical tourist needs—signs are posted all over the check-in area. Small food/drink items available for purchase. Bathroom and showers are shared, but I did not find this was a problem.

It’s an old house and it just tends to be chilly no matter what heaters are on

I’d become accustomed to yakata, an unexpected spoiling for foreign tourists. They’d be handy, especially for hikers where every ounce of counts.

A localização é perfeita para iniciar a trilha Nakasendo. Acomodação estava extremanente limpa e agradável. Apesar de não oferecer refeições a acomodação dispoem de um espaço muito bom para comer, leve lanches. Eu recomendo.

Não tinha banheiro privativo, o que não foi muito ruim, mas entendo que por se tratar de uma vila com casas muito antigas, ja era esperado.

Passamos duas noites incríveis na Guesthouse Nedoko, os peoprietarios são os anfitriões mais gentis que encontramos na nossa viagem pelo Japão! Todas as instalações, quarto, banheiros e áreas comuns são ótimas, super limpas e bem cuidadas! Há ainda serviço de lavandeira disponível e algumas opções de bebidas e snacks à venda! A localização então… não tinha como ser mais perfeita! Bem no coração de Magome Juku! Adoraria ter ficado mais tempo! Obrigada Mika por esses dois dias maravilhosos!

The guesthouse was perfectly located. Everything in the room was tidy and neat. Everything was super clean and everything was well explained. The host was super friendly and responsive. Except the negative circumstance with the other guests, I can fully recommend this appartment to anyone!

The thin walls in combination with the behaviour of other guests. I would have give the residence a 10/10. However, I was woken up at 05:30 am by other guests who were smoking and talking very loudly. As my room (room number 4) was facing the entrance, I could not sleep anymore and my room was filled with the smell of the cigarettes. This ruined my otherwise perfect stay.
