I liked how peaceful the property is

What's not to like

The owner was very nice

Parking was outside the building

I liked how clean an comfortable it was I enjoyed trying there

Location, AC, good blackout, room in ground floor.

Unfriendly host, lack of cleanliness. On arrival, host insisted on cash payment of USD 35 instead of the agreed USD 26. He ought not to do that.

Breakfast huh wish I’d known they had it

Reasonable cost

Construction being done without warning. Room's odor. Room need air freshener and sheets be washed with fabric softener or laundry scent boosters. Bathrooms should be sprayed with bleach to get rid of mildew and odor

Owner was extremely friendly and easy going

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. However the place was nothing like the pictures I've seen online. The studio we got was in need of cleaning There were soap scums on the bathroom wall and cobwebs. Bottom line the place needed to be cleaner There were tiny roaches running around and the refrigerator needed to be cleaned. We paid for an Ac room. We got that so that was good. It really hurts me to be honest because the owner is such a nice and welcoming man. I hope you see this as constructive criticism
