Terra di Sud Rooms

We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who gave us a quick tour of the room; a very kind person. We booked this B&B for the weekend as we only needed a place to sleep and shower, and it was good value for money: clean and comfortable. We specifically chose it because we needed parking, and they had a spot available in their courtyard.

Just a bit noisy when the guests from the room next to us took a shower (around 23:00).

Perfect room/appartment in a walking distance from the centre. Appartment was realy comfortable, modern and nice. Breakfast was self serviced 👌. There was also a washing machine. Plus, safe paking was available. Everything was working perfectly 😊

The rooms were spotlessly clean, everything we needed for a couple of nights. Secure parking on site. The owners kindly provided soya milk and dairy free yogurt for me which was very nice.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Car parking at the yard was easy. This apartment suites our family of four perfectly (two bedrooms and two bathrooms) with a kitchen.

Some sounds from upper apartments so not very sound proof walls.

The room was clean and quite spacious. Easy walk to the old town- about 15 mins. Host generous with breakfast supplies and coffee. Had secure on site parking .

What wasn’t clear is you have to enter through a communal kitchen with a very small eating area to get to your own bedroom. There is another room right next door. The shared space only works if the people in the other room are considerate as it’s a very small area for two couples to prepare any food or even just sit

Loved it! Close to the old city centre and amazing restaurants of Lecce! Clean and modern living space with shared laundry. Parking available on request. This was awesome bonus!
