Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house was cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. On top of that, the breakfast was absolutely delicious—such a delightful way to start the day! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

The guesthouse was so nice, the owner was so kind & very generous, cooking me delicious meals & showing me around the town, also dressing me up in her traditional kimono. A wonderfull cultural experience

The location is very remote, no shops or restaurants in the town. Oshamambe, the closest town, is nice and easy too visit on the bus though. And you can buy yummy home cooked meals at the guesthouse, which are very affordable. I loved my stay here, had such a wonderful time !

Wonderful, one of a kind home stay experience off the beaten path. Tomiko and her dog are extremely kind and generous hosts. The breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Could be challenging if you have mobility issues as the bathroom is on the main level and the stairs are quite steep to the second floor.

"Neat little place"

The host was very friendly and went the extra mile to have a conversation with us using Google Translate. A traditional Japanese set up in the bedroom. The breakfast was fantastic.

Nothing that we didn't like, but as with most Japanese accommodation the mattresses/futons are thin.

"Nice for a night in between cities on our car trip"

Lovely host, very nice to welcome you into her home. Communication through google translate. Nice breakfast. Gave us a little omakase as a souvenir.

It’s a normal house so walls are thin. But people in the next room were not noisy but you can hear the whispers.
