京の宿 西大路 familie

Comfortable and clean place. The owner is very nice and speaks english as well. He gave us a guide with tips for spots to visit and food to eat. Very pleasant stay, good value.

京都駅に一駅。静か。車庫あり。お得感あり

The host has made considerable efforts to provide thoughtful assistance with wonderful hand drawn maps to attractions describing how to get there on public transport and what to find there. He has also prepared a folder of menus and recommendations for local eateries. The apartment is quirky and character filled but very comfortable. With everything you need

. Be warned the stair to the apartment is very steep.

Great apartment and host. He has a lot of great information about restaurants and the city.

Location is good but maybe a little nearer kyoto station would have have been good (this wont be a problem if you have the jr pass)

Amazing host! He really did put in 100% effort to make us feel welcomed and helped us with getting familiar with the area. There is a folder with the nearby facilities with photos showing the insides of the stores too! Genuinely amazing host and kept completely to ourselves. I would say we were only two (separate beds) and it might be a struggle if you are with a group of toilet hoggers - as there's only one small loo (and a mini partition in front if you want to get changed in some minor privacy) But the effort and attention to make it easy for tourists is second to none 10/10 would stay again (but only if you're okay with a large room with lots of beds!)

We hired two bikes from the host, one of them had a chain issue (just had to manually put back on, its the green bike) - but we only paid £3.50 per 24/hours so who can really complain! (included locks and helmets) ALSO its a 10minute walk from the JR (long distance) rail network, but the busses are the only real form of transport within the local city, these were not reliable so we ended up using a few taxis

숙소에서 걸어서 15분이내 거리에 있는 니시오지나나노 버스류장에서 청수사, 금각사, 니조성 등 가기 편함. 조용한 주택가에 있는 숙소. 체크아웃 후 짐보관 가능. 주인이 매우 친절함. 화장실과 세면대, 욕조가 분리되어있음

2층 계단이 조금 가파름. 2층침대는 부엌쪽에 있는데 방크기에 비해 식탁과 의자가 커서 공간이 아쉬움

安い！ シーツは普通に家で洗濯してあるかんじと一緒のような？ この値段ならとてもきれいだしいい施設です！ 京都駅から1駅離れてます。その駅まで歩いて１０分か１５分くらいでした！ 中心街の高いところに泊まるよりよかったと思います！

ホテルほどの清潔さは感じませんが、ちゃんと清潔です！ 気になる人は気になるのかも？ 友人も私も気になりませんでした！
