Tissa Rainbow Guest & Yala

The location was great for us having some beautiful walks nearby by the lake shore , the lake having plenty of wildlife. A very clean and charming place to stay with great hosts who went the extra mile to show us a local beauty spot and take us to the bus station when we departed. They also organised us a safari with good man and vehicle. I recommend eating there. Our host cooked a great Khottu.

Los anfitriones se portaron genial. Vinieron a buscarnos a la parada del autobús y nos llevaron también a la estación cuando nos íbamos. Sin pedirnos más dinero. Además, nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos. La habitación estaba muy bien. Recomendable 100%.

I have stayed in 6 different places around Sri Lanka by now and this was the best one of them so far. Everything was perfect. Hospitality was incredible, including the host picking me up from the bus stop just because he was around. The room was perfect, very clean, with air-con AND a fan. I ordered dinner when I artived and it was freshly made and very tasty. Breakfast in the morning was to die for. Huge and tasty, including the best dahl I've had so far. I would give this place a 15 if I could, it was so perfect!

La maison est idéalement bien placée à 2 pas du lac pour observer les chauves-souris et proche du centre ville. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques. Ils nous ont offert une noix de coco fraîche à notre arrivée que nous avons fortement appréciée. Le safari qu'il nous ont organisé dans le bloc 5 était fabuleux. Nous avons vu 3 léopards et le guide Asanka était fantastique. Un grand moment pour nous. Nous avons également mangé chez eux et les plats étaient très bons. Merci pour tout.

Super nice hosts! I had a warm welcome, amd they made sure that I'll see the most while I'm there. Room is comfortable and quiet. I even got a bonus breakfast which was very sweet. Would recommend this place if you are in Tissamahara!

La famiglia che la gestisce è molto gentile e disponibile, c’è la possibilità di pranzare o cenare lì. La struttura è molto pulita e volendo ti possono organizzare i safari per lo Yala e l’Udawalawe National Park, a prezzi più convenienti che i normali tour

Virkelig hyggelig lille bolig tæt på både by og den smukke natur! Super sød familie som er meget hjælpsomme!

La chambre était très propre, tout était à disposition. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux tout comme les repas proposés. La famille est très accueillante et se rend disponibles pour vous aider dans les déplacements et les différents endroits à visiter parler haute température. La noix de coco d’accueil est très appréciable et la visite au coucher du soleil pour voir les oiseaux et les crocodiles est génial !
