Magnolia

We liked most of the things about this place. First of all, it's a lot more affordable than any other place in and around Savignano sul Rubicone, which is key for us as we have a lot of family there and will be returning on a regular basis. There's free parking available right outside the house, which is great. The place was quiet and felt very safe. The room was spacious and so was the private bathroom. We were allowed to use the kitchen and the living room, which is a perfect option for our future stays, albeit we didn't use the kitchen on this occasion. The house is very warm, which is always a bonus.

The only thing we didn't like was WiFi connection in the room. It works okay in the living room, but doesn't work in the room, which is a real shame. We will be coming back in September and I intend to work on that occasion, which means I'll have to work either in the kitchen or in the living room. To be fair to the host, he does appear to have a WiFi repeater in order to help with connection, but that doesn't seem to be enough unfortunately.

Great location (easy to find). Spacious, comfortable room. Very good bathroom. Friendly host. Excellent value for money.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Car parking was decent. Value for money is very good for the area. The bathroom was also very nice.

It was very hot in the room and there was no fly screen on the door opening to the outside. There was also no AC but only a small fan which in the end was not enough. Since the area is full of mosquitos, we could not open the door during the night, so it was quite miserable with how hot it was.
