Lovely quiet location. Very much a home from home

Nothing to dislike

Quiet & peaceful location, very convenient for visiting Saffron Walden. Property had everything you need to prepare a meal and breakfast provided was lovely. Sofa was so comfy we spent the evenings binge watching Netflix, loved that all streaming services are available. Neil and Jennie wonderful helpful hosts and Winnie was adorable.

Well equipped and very clean. Good to have self catering facilities with tea and coffee provided. Easy to find and great to be able to see the countryside around this part of Essex. Two bathrooms was a real plus and very secure

My only point would be that the double bed has one side against the wall with a solid foot end, as a consequence it’s difficult to get up at night without disturbing your spouse. Given he snores anyway I used the single bedroom downstairs so had an excellent nights sleep

We loved everything about this property, spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped and in a beautiful location. Neil and Jennie were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had a lovely stay at their beautiful property.

Well located in a very quiet and peaceful area. Clean and well presented. Pleasant helpful host.

Had god facilities, but compared to other similarly priced properties it is missing a dishwasher and washing machine.
