Spacious with 3 bed rooms, dinning room (with table, chairs, plates, glasses), 3 bathrooms (2 attached), drawing room with sofa, tea table, small cot. 24 hours hot water availabilty. Hot and normal drinking water available in the dinning room. Hotel helps to book bus tours. Pickup is from hotel, drop for some tour is at the hotel while rest are around 500 m away. Staffs are helpful. Your tour in Ooty can be very badly impacted by weather (rain and cloud) so plan accordingly. Visibility can go down drastically. Property allows keeping luggage post check-out and go for day tour.

All the blankets had some bad smell. Room service for tea/coffee is available at specific hours during morning and evening. Tea/coffee may be served a bit more hot. Check-out at 11 am but check-in time is 1 pm to 1:30 pm and you cannot have any tour in the evening. This results in wastage of a day sitting idle in the hotel room. Property should plan for early check-in and deodorize the blankets. Location little bit inside but auto service available. No food available in hotel but you can order food from food delivery apps. Flickering of lights sometimes time, however there was no power outage during our stay.
