The location and the staff were good

The location of this facility is in the heart of Shillong that is in Police Bazaar. The room that was provided to me was big enough. All the facilities were provided and the staffs are very much responsive.

The floor of the room was not clean enough.

The staff Bijoy Teli was very cooperative, helpful and prompt. He made sure our requests were accommodated promptly. Room is well decorated.

This is for the hotel management - Bathroom and room is not clean and badly maintained. The areas that are immediately visible are clean but the moment you enter the bathroom it's bad. The ceiling is covered with cobwebs and fungus. It's really disgusting to look at. The bathroom also smells bad from all the accumulated dirt. Had to make sure the bathroom door was always closed or the smells enters the room. The room is well decorated but desperately needs a deep cleaning. The moment you look behind a side table it's very dirty. Management needs to invest in deep cleaning of the property and not just make sure the immediately visible areas are clean.

A nice and cosy home stay, very close to the Police Bazar. The room was spacious, with a large double bed and 2 bunker beds. It had wooden flooring, a clean bathroom with a geyser, TV, room heater and electric kettle with tea coffee arrangements. Most important, they had a pair of rubber slippers which came very handy on the cold December night! There's no intercom but the staff is available on mobile. Towels and quilts were provided. Breakfast was a set menu with options for poori sabzi or paratha. But they were fine. No tea or coffee was served separately.

Some of the bed linen could have been more clean.

The breakfast was fine and as per our requirement.

It would be better if the position of the guest house upper position of the hill.

Very nice hospitality and clean. Homely atmosphere Designing is very nice. Inspite of the location it is quiet and calm. Best for family and 👪

Good location,breakfast and amenities.

The room size and quite good and the interior will make feel like home. The wooden flooring gives comfort in winter days. Also, the complimentary breakfast is tasty with multiple options.
