Dit was de voordeligste privé kamer die beschikbaar was. De locatie was acceptabel.

Jammer dat er geen enkel persoon bij de boeking of het verblijf betrokken was. Alles ging op afstand via chat, en met codes om via cijfer-sloten binnen te komen. Meerdere gasten vroegen zich af hoe het koffie-apparaat werkt. Ik zelf had enkele minuten nodig om heet water voor thee te krijgen. Daarnaast was er geen ontbijt; er had best een klein broodje of brioche in plastic in de kamer mogen liggen. Het bed was niet slecht maar er was iets mee; iets qua comfort had beter gekund. Het was een mooi bed, wat er beter uitzag dan dat het comfort bood.

Everything was superb. Nothing went wrong and a big plus that we were able to get the room around 10am witch was a huge help because we arrived in Bergamo around 7am and could leave our bags and get an early start.
