Location is great, stuff is amazing, very clean and comfortable

Tutto devo dire, ha tutti i comfort possibili dai prodotti per la pulizia, alla tv in camera, alla piastra per i capelli (può sembrare banale ma non l'ho trovata da nessuna parte). Letti stracomodi veramente! Posizione ottima, ristoranti consigliati molto buoni qualità-prezzo eccellente, ti lasciano pure la colazione la mattina fuori dalla porta (possibile richiedere senza glutine). Staff meraviglioso: molto accoglienti e disponibili! Ti consentono anche di anticipare il check-in se possibile e di lasciare le valigie successivamente senza alcun problema. Continuate così!

The breakfast provided and kitchen facilities were excellent. I loved the location in a quiet street but close walk to all the the main attractions. The communication with the property manager was excellent, thanks for the recommendation of restaurants.

Al di sopra di ogni aspettativa! Camere grandi, arredamento raffinato e comfort ineccepibile. Poi l’accoglienza è stata superlativa: gentilezza, professionalità e disponibilità.

Great location in historical center but a bit out of main touristic streets. Very friendly staff, you may find helpful recommendations of where to eat. Two bathrooms make it easy for 3-4 people.

A beautiful apartment tucked away on a quiet side street in the city but close to all of the main attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I was amazed by the extent of the kitchen equipment and the well stocked supplies of tea, coffee and in the fridge. I very much appreciated the friendly staff, list of recommendations for restaurants and the help given regarding where to go and what to see. Unfortunately I was only there for one night but I’m sure this would be a very comfortable place to stay if you were going for longer.

Non c’è una cosa che non ci sia piaciuta. Tutto estremamente perfetto: la camera, la posizione, la proprietaria, attenta ad ogni particolare. Verona già è speciale di suo, Carla l’ha resa ancora più bella. Speriamo di ritornarci al più presto.

Very clean, staff were fantastic - totally faultless in everything that was provided. Such a lovely thought at the end which meant a lot to us.
