показывать и разъяснять реальные условия проживания, а не красивые фото которые вводят в заблуждение. Очень плохая ванная комната и кухня, которые не соответствуют тому, что рекламируется. После полученной реплики от резиденции могу добавить, что при нашем общении присутствовал переводчик, который переводил мне всё что вы говорили и который был шокирован от вашего отношения к клиенту и как вы мне угрожали вернуть деньги и чтобы мы взяли свой багаж и ушли. У меня был выбор? Вам не надо меня учить какие мне языки знать.

"Residenza Elisabetta, Verona - What a delightful surprise!"

The location was brilliant - right in the centre of town, a short walk to all of the Verona sites. The apartment was well-fitted out, including fresh croissants delivered every morning, a coffee machine, a hair straightener and a hairdryer. Very comfortable bed, reasonably close to the train station and good value. Carla, the hostess, was just wonderful; nothing was too much; she communicated well with us and even drove us to the station when we could not get a taxi. We will definitely be back again!!!

I cannot think of anything - a brilliant stay!
