You had to hunt deep in the listing to find out you're renting a room in a unit and not renting the whole place. For what you'd pay you'd assume you'd get the whole place. 5 units in a small apartment where you can control each rooms Light from the common space so it wasn't uncommon for someone to walk in the apartment and either turn on or off the light to my room. Wifi didnt work the first night, no available channels on the TV and to top it off.

it was easy to get in and out of the property. The room was spacious.

Before arriving, I received an email from the hostess to let HER know if we had any issues BEFORE we wrote a bad review. That immediately raised our suspicion. This is a SHARED apartment. You rent a room in a private apartment. The areas are clean, but the kitchen was not. It was hard to do the dishes because the sponge was dirty. The bathroom mat was dirty. The shelf in the bathroom hung by a thread, and the room was rundown. And we got to play mom and dad to a young lady who was unable to wake up to her alarm after half an hour.

Buona posizione per raggiungere lungo mare e centro; quartiere molto tranquillo. Camera spaziosa

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un forte odore di fumo nelle aree comuni e all’ingresso delle camere, molto spiacevole. Asciugamani macchiati e letto estremamente rumoroso (bastava girarsi/alzarsi/sedersi perché scricchiolasse). Proprietaria del tutto assente e con modi molto sbrigativi. Si è fatta sentire (con tono anche sgradevole) esclusivamente per il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. Al nostro messaggio per segnalare l’odore di fumo non ha mai risposto. Troppo facile avere un affittacamere con le keybox senza essere minimamente presenti….da persona che lavora nell’ambito, mi sento di consigliare più attenzione e dedizione al cliente.

Colazione assente. Solo due biscottini sul tavolo della camera, nel vassoio con 2 tazze e 2 cialde per il caffè
